One House Cleaner and one General helper needed, year round (Boothbay)

Looking for a House Cleaner and for a General Helper.

HOUSE CLEANER: Looking for an experienced, reliable cleaning person or team to clean vacation rental homes. We have a light schedule available for year-round cleaning work. And during the tourist season, 1-2 days per week to clean 2 or 3 buildings. Wages are $18-20 per hour, depending on experience and efficiency. Bonus is available for long-term performance.

GENERAL HELPER: Looking for a mature, reliable man with transportation to help with several seasonal projects around the property, such as:

LAWN WORKweed-whacking, lawn mowing, roto-tilling, branch clean-up

GARDENING weeding, raking, planting, mulching

GENERAL GARDEN/LAWN CLEAN-UP AND MAINTENANCEclipper and chain saw work and trimming

LIFTING and MOVING heavy items, quantities of brush, etc.

POWERWASHING and PAINTING

GENERAL repairsbasic knowledge of small engine, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc. repair is appreciated.

This job is part-time (1 day per week in the off-season; sometimes 2 days per week in the 'season') and year-round.

Available starting now.

Wages are $15 to $18 per hour depending on skill level and difficulty of project.
