The Opportunity

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect who will be responsible for the technical success of the pre-sales experience with our Flow product. The ideal candidate will work directly with our prospect’s technical team leadership to help realize the full potential of Flow. They will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Account Executives and others to ensure that our prospects’ success with Flow leads to closed deals.

  • You also have a background in Linux system administration.

  • You also have a background in installing and maintaining enterprise-level software.

What you’ll own:

  • Global business and priority escalations for requests living in the integration & reporting/analytics demo pillar.

  • Driving continuous improvement into our processes and products.

  • Guiding potential customers through high level questions with technical expertise.

  • Work closely and collaborate with other technical leaders across the organization.

  • Become an expert resource and cultivate a high level of expertise on Flow, the product.

Qualifications

Experience you’ll need:

  • Experience as a Managed Service Engineer, preferably at a managed cloud computing firm.

  • 2+ years using analytics services and tools including BI systems (Tableau, Domo, Qlik) and technology stacks (SQL, Bash, Python).

  • You should know the following terms without looking them up: git, repo, branch, merge, continuous integration, ticket, sprint, story point, build, stage, and release.

  • Strong experience utilizing and presenting data to both technical and non-technical audiences, especially in the customer-facing arena.

  • 2+ years in a SaaS Professional Services or sales environment working directly with services offerings.

  • Experience working with most or all of the following: SQL database, Docker, Postgres database, Kurbenetes, Bash Scripting and Linux system administration.

  • 5+ years in system administration and installing and maintaining enterprise-level software products like JIRA, GitLab, and others.
