Maintenance and Landscape Grounds Crew - Hiring Immediately!

Lambert's Lawn Care, LLC is based in Suffield, CT. We are a growing company providing Suffield and surrounding towns with the highest quality landscape maintenance, Tree Removal and Landscape Construction. We are currently hiring for a maintenance and landscape grounds crew to assist on one of our crews. We are looking for responsible and clean cut candidates.

Position Requirements:

1. Previous landscape experience required and ability to drive a truck and trailer are necessary.

Showing up on time every day, being able to take direction as well as lead and motivate other members of the crew is key.

3. A POSITIVE ATTITUDE is necessary.

4. Attention to detail is a cornerstone of our business and crew leaders must uphold these standards.

5. Employees are expected to adhere to a dress code as well as all company policies.

6. Must have reliable transportation.

7. Must be willing to work 40-50 hrs/week during busy seasons.

8. Willing and able to pass a drug test and a background check.

Compensation:

1. 40+ hour work weeks (Monday - Thursday, 10 hour days. Friday-Sunday off unless OT is available)

2. Hourly wage commensurate to experience.

3. Paychecks delivered via direct deposit
