Direct care employee (Brainerd)

Direct care employees work in out Adult Foster Care home ensuring the safety and well being of our residents. Our resident's are relatively high fuctioning adults with developmental disabilities. Duties include passing meds, when necessary, helping with cooking and household duties, transportation, and general supervision of the household. This is done in a normal house setting. We are normally very active and participate in many activities with our residents. All training is provided. This is a very rewarding job. Our people are pretty fun to work with.
