We are an Independent Insurance Agency looking for an Office Clerk/Admin Assist
Duties to include but are not limited to:
Front office reception includes greeting & assisting walk-in visitors, business professionals.
Provide customer service & administrative support in day-to-day office operations, i.e. filing, updating database.
Organize information & Keep office organized
Answer emails and phone calls, in a professional manner
Make outbound calls to prospects, to gather Quote information.
Functions:
Have a working knowledge of Word, Excel,
Must be able to type, not fast - just efficient
Must be able to manage use of time efficiently
Education Requirements:
Must speak English clearly & fluently. Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
High school diploma or GED equivalent minimum requirement
Basic math, spelling and email skills
Taking & making customer calls, a clear speaking voice is a must
Other Requirements:

Compensation: Part-Time initially full-time for the right person- $13.00 per hour or more based on experience. AFTERNOON POSITION- 12:00- 5 PM, M-T-W. There is some flexibility with hours, times and days.
