This is a new position as a result of our recent growth. In this role you will be building, leading and nurturing our team of accountants and bookkeepers as they navigate projects for our portfolio of clients. Your experience in administration or operations management in a fast-growing company coupled with your ability to create efficient processes is just what we are seeking. Qualifications

- High-level problem-solving skills – creative thinker – decisive leader
- A good sense of humor and the ability to remain calm – and carry on!
- An undergraduate degree with a focus on business and people
- About 8 years of professional experience in human resources, administration, accounting or other central business functions
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role at a startup or growth stage company
- General knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
- Bilingual in Spanish gets you extra points
