Full-Time Maintenance Worker (Queensbury New York)

Maintenance worker for large housing complex: Duties are as follows but not limited to : Maintaining buildings, Maintaining apartments, grounds completing work orders.

Requirements: High School Education, 1-2 years maintenance experience, Willingness to perform tasks required, Good safety habits. Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and carpentry. Familiarity with HVAC systems and various appliances, good communication skills, Confident, positive attitude. Ability to interact with a wide range of people.
