INNOVATIONS Salon is expanding our professional Styling staff We are looking for an experienced, well rounded Stylist aspiring to become a successful self-employed professional This position is hourly, commission or rental based position in an active and engaging atmosphere. If you are a commissioned or hourly employee or current renter who needs professional guidance in taking the next step to a higher level in your career then our Salon is for you.

Please have a minimum of 3 years current working experience, love creating exquisite Colors with Balayage trend, up styles for brides and special events, have a strong, professional work ethic and willingness to do everything it takes to build a long lasting, stable clientele. We will guide you through your professional journey to your personal desired success.

Outstanding guest service and enthusiasm are key traits to have when applying for this position. We are looking for individuals who take themselves and their career seriously, as well as recognize their professionalism and worth in the beauty industry when serving their guests.

Some existing base clientele preferred, we will supplement with new guests and a strategic business plan to help you increase your book. It is our desire to assist you in bringing in a 6 figure income for yourself within 3 years of working a consistent 4 day work week.
