What you would be doing:
Answer customer questions via email
Track packages and shipments
Make documents on customer accounts and make requests
Meet goals and quality assurance guidelines
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information
Place orders for customers
What we are looking for:
Must have at least 1 year customer service experience
Type 55 words per minute
Ability to assist a high volume of email customers per day
Detail oriented and able to prioritize needs
Exceptional customer service skills
Takes initiative and is able to solve problems on own
