Assistant Manager

Attention EXPERIENCED Assistant Manager

AutoGlassNow is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership and management. The Assistant with assist with daily operations such as sales, inventory control, loss prevention, and safety, and uphold a can-do attitude at all times.

Job Duties:

Receiving payment customers

Providing excellent customer service

Answer phones (multi-line phone system)

Quote and schedule customers

Work with the audit dept. daily on inventory and exceptions

Requirements:

2 yrs management experience

2 yrs glass install experience

2 Customer Service/Sales experience

Pass drug screen

Valid Driver's License

Ability to juggle multiple tasks

Ability to work in a team environment

Sales driven with retail sales background

Team player with positive energy

High School Diploma (or GED required)

Bilingual ( requested but not required)
