Manufacturing (Operations/GM) Metals Fabrication (Indianapolis)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations/General Manager with a proven background of strong results. As a long established stamping and fabrication facility, we are looking for someone capable of, in addition to running a manufacturing facility in a common sense manner also being able to immediately bring in work to our company, meaning work with acceptable gross margins that makes sense for us. You should have a track record of progression along with the ability to get along with all levels and skill sets of employees while helping develop them. With us, you will have an amazing level of control and independence as long as your provide progressive results. We are flexible and do allow mistakes, we just don't like it when they are the rule and not the exception.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual looking to make a change and looking for more opportunity and growth which would include an excellent compensation package along with benefits. A future company ownership position for the right multiple skill set individual is certainly a possibility. We are still operating as an essential company and have been for 40 plus years. We are looking to rebuild and put some new ideas into running and developing what has become a somewhat stale environment. We have already made some moves in that regard. Come and help us make some more and be rewarded for it. We are likely going to get rid of a customer or 2 while bringing in work that more suits our road map going forward.
