Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager

DescriptionAccounts Payable ManagerGrowing Company seeks a temporary-to-hire Accounts Payable (A/P) Manager to become an integral part of its growing team. As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will oversee one direct report and play an active role in establishing policies and procedures, while handling day to day Accounts Payable responsibilities.Responsibilities Contact clients for missing invoices and audit all invoices received Enter invoices into system and create batches Pay invoices once approval has been received Monthly reconciliations Evaluate current processes and make recommendations to create more streamlined workflowsRequirementsSkills/Credentials BS degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred 5+ years of experience in an A/P role required; 2+ years of management experience required Proficient in MS Excel Highly organized, detail oriented, have a sense of urgency, flexible, and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Able to work in a fast paced environment and deal with large amounts of dataAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
