Warehouse - Yard (Lubbock)

All-State Fence & Supply is seeking a full-time “Warehouse/Yard/Driver” team member. This position requires heavy lifting. Applicant must be able to lift between 80 and 100 lbs.

This position is a permanent position. Our working hours are Monday through Friday working 7:30 am until 5:30 pm with an hour for lunch. The successful applicant will also have to work every other Saturday from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. One week you will get 45 hours and the next week 51 hours by working every other Saturday. We pay overtime for any hours worked over 40 hours per week. Fork Lift Experience is a plus; but, not necessary. We train our own fork lift drivers if necessary. Starting wage is $13.00 per hour and $19.50 for overtime. We pay more for those with several years of warehouse/fork lift/driving experience. We give raises twice a year if the team member is progressing. We are a fast-growing company with a lot of room for advancement.

Duties Include:

Pulling Orders for Supply Customers and Crew Orders

Loading and Unloading Trucks

Making Deliveries Driving a Truck & Pulling a Trailer

Normal Warehouse Duties

Scraping & Painting Gates After Gates have been Welded

Stretching Chain Link and Barbed Wire to Gate Frames after Gates are Welded

Picking up Used Fence & Hauling Fence to the Landfill

Additional Requirements:

Applicant must be honest, humble, hardworking and dependable

Applicant must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Applicant must have the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

Applicant must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
