LEBANON, MO location, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving processes in an advanced and highly integrated, high-volume industrial manufacturing facility, including, but not limited to, Fanuc Robotic applications and Allen Bradley PLCs.

AS A PROCESS ENGINEER, YOU WILL:
  • Maintain and improve industrial manufacturing equipment and data collection systems, including, but not limited to, Fanuc Robotics, Servo systems, and multiple pieces of integrated equipment using AB PLCs (SLC and ControlLogix) controls.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot various types of data collection and manufacturing equipment to ensure defect-free products for our customers.
  • Troubleshoot various industrial pieces of equipment in a high-volume facility.
  • Maintain and improve production processes and update process documentation, as needed.
  • Help coordinate and implement shop floor changes for New Product Development (NPD).
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide production and technical support to maintenance and production personnel, as required.
  • Provide process improvement skills, including the use of 'Lean' tools to drive increased manufacturing productivity, efficiency, and safety.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
  • Four (4) year technical degree from an accredited university in an Engineering study or associate's degree from a two (2) year technical college with six (6) or more years of related technical engineering experience in a high-volume production facility
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
  • Four (4) year technical degree from an accredited university in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with two (2) or more years of related high-volume industrial production experience

ScheduleA typical work week would consist of a work schedule from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. In a high-volume production facility with a great deal of highly technical and automated equipment, there will, on occasion, be a need to work overtime as deemed necessary to meet critical timelines.
