The IT Support Technician will be responsible for the imaging and setup of Laptop computers and Desktop computers. They will also oversee the delivery of Laptop and Desktop computers to county offices and staff. Performing Proper Inventory Transfers to Agency staff will be requiredQualifications:
- 3+ years' experience with Windows 10 Operating System
- 3+ years' experience with Dell Imaging Software
- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Office 365
- 5+ years' experience with Windows Updates (performing Windows Updates)
- 5+ years' experience with troubleshooting laptop/desktop computers
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Dell Laptop and Desktop PCs
- Experience with large scale distributions of equipment
- Experience with large team dynamics
