We are seeking a team member to coordinate campus outreach activities, support our highly successful intern program, and execute on our strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Effectively manage SEL's campus outreach activities and program.2. Build strategic partnerships with universities.

Support SEL's robust intern program by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

Participate in creating and executing the long-term strategy for university relations.

Provide performance data, analysis, manage program milestones, and document project activities.

Understand. Create. Simplify.

Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsRelevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in program administration and implementationProven ability to manage project teams, develop and initiate actions, work independently, and accept ownership for achieving results associated with assigned accountabilitiesExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong writing, documentation, and speaking skillsAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilitiesAbility to work cooperatively in a team environmentBackground check results satisfactory to SELNegative drug test result(s)Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree or PhDKnowledgeable about Electrical Engineering/Power Systems
