DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR NURSING ASSISTANTSAs a Nursing Assistant, some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Have fun! Interact with aging adults who have dementia-related disorders, disabilities, and chronic illness. Assist participants in all activities of daily living helping them met the physical requirements for participating in the program. Ensure excellent communication among staff, participants, and families. Create positive participant outcomes. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
