Selected applicant will be required totake the Construction Technician test administered by the GA Dept. ofTransportation.MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONSThe selected candidate must meet theadvertised minimum qualifications to include State Entry Qualifications as wellas Agency Specific Minimum Qualifications.STATEENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:

Highschool diploma or GED

AGENCYMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Requiredto take and pass the Engineering Technician test administered by the GA Dept.of Transportation.

Abilityto learn to perform routine support duties for assigned program area (i.e.construction, surveying, traffic operations, lab testing or data collection).

Abilityto learn to operate equipment and/or instruments as required.

Abilityto assist in data gathering or collect data as requested.

Abilityto perform computations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, anddivision correctly.

Commitmentto providing quality customer service.
