PINCH, a busy artisan gallery/shop in downtown Northampton, seeks a full-time Sales Associate.
We are looking for a good fit for our busy, creative, customer-service-oriented shop. We’re growing fast and looking for someone to grow with us!
If you have an interest in hand-crafted pottery, jewelry, and art, enjoy connecting with people, and are also analytical, detail oriented, and naturally tech savvy (able to learn new programs quickly), we're interested in hearing from you.
Applicants should present a professional appearance, be outgoing, energetic, problem-solving, creative, and friendly. We are looking for a reliable self-starter who is organized and can work independently. Position requires some heavy lifting of boxes, stairs, and ladder work for visual merchandising. Previous retail experience and computer skills a must.
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate, paid vacation & sick time, matching IRA, monthly bonuses, caring/team atmosphere, growth potential, and a creative, learning, environment.
32-40 hours/week including some weekend days.
