We are a growing industrial controls company. This position will be cover projects in the Permian Basin and Delaware Basin areas in south east New Mexico and West Texas. We provide services to Midstream and Upstream Oil and Gas companies.
Must be a self starter and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Must have good analytical and troubleshooting skills, and have testing and commissioning experience.
Must have an Electrical Engineering Background and be able to handle more than one project at a time.
Duties include setting up projects, creating drawing sets, developing standard packages and reviewing drawings prior to projects being programmed and started up. PLC Programming.
Areas of compentence:
Automation and control
Allen Bradly PLC’s and Rockwell automation software.
HMI’s and Scada systems
Industrial networking and communications design
Modbus communications and other industrial protocols.
Protocol converters and Gateways.
Ethernet IP network Design and maintenance.
Instrumentation and Controls:
Flow computers and Provers.
Pressure transmitters, Temperature Transmitters and Hart Communications
Radar Level transmitters
Coriolis Flow Meters, Mag Flow Meters, Turbine Flow Meters and PD Flow Meters
Control Valves and MOV valve operators
Electrical Power Design
Low Voltage (480V) Motor controls, VFDs, Soft Starters and Motor Control Centers
Medium Voltage (4160V) Motor controls, VFDs, Soft Starters and Switch gear
Arc Flash Studies, Short Circuit studies, & Load flow studies using SKM or similar software.
Compensation will be based on experience and skill levels
