Junior Lawyer

Job Description

• Prepare draft contracts, contract modifications, additions, attachments thereto;
• Review proposed contract or other legal document projects by the Company's;
• Draft, prepare and amend labour agreements or any documents related thereto;
• Review and monitor the changes in the Georgian legislation applicable to the operations of the Company;
• Review Company’s and Group policies and procedures for the compliance with local legal requirements;
• Liaise with other departments of theCompany and provide them with legal support;
• Provide support to law firm/-s on crucial issues of the Company;
• Performing other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
• Replace subordinates during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences.

Qualifications

• Higher education, preferably Master's;
• At least 3 years of working experience in Lawyer and 1-year experience as a commercial lawyer;
• Good knowledge of corporate, commercial, real estate, employment and data protection law;
• Very good command of Georgian and English languages, knowledge of the Russian language is preferable;
• Advanced PC and Microsoft Office skills;
• Advanced communication, analytical and multi-tasking skills;
• Adaptability, flexibility.
