Part-Time Maintenance Worker

Business hours of operation: 24/7/365.i Part-Time Maintenance-10 to 20 hours a week depending on occupancy level.iless thanbr>less thanbr>Work schedule to be discussed.some weekends as needed. Employer seeking maintenance person to maintain property building and grounds some duties to include, grounds keeping, spraying down exterior of building and lawn/parking areas, plug and reset a/c thermostat, etc., changing out bulbs, small repairs such as light fixtures, touch up paint, replacing light bulbs, hang blinds, repair doors that may come loose, patch holes in walls, unclog toilets, deep cleaning of rugs such as shampooing, etc., sweep swimming pool to ensure it is clean for patrons, light cleaning and other duties as assigned. Must be 18 years of age or older as per employer based on OSHA and USDOL regulations. Valid Texas driver's license to run errands preferred but not required. Employer provides all supplies, materials and equipment at the complex. Employer will conduct criminal history/background check. Employer observes 90 day probation period.
