Program Manager (D365)

Job Description Responsibilities: # Plan and drive operations execution across the program to ensure on-time delivery, reduce lead lag times and overall, identify and drive down manual (non-engineering) efforts within the teams # Find inefficiencies in our capabilities and create opportunities to drive convergence across common scenarios inspire and drive operational excellence # Oversee to be operational process design work # Define, design, socialize and drive adoption of common methods and tooling # Work in a cross functional, and collaborative role spanning several teams such as buying, studio, merchandising, engineering, and site operations # Proactively manage upstream dependencies, overcome obstacles, and have a well-rounded technical background # Partner with the engineering and business teams to identify and deliver against operational key results (OKRs) # Oversee creation of operational documentation and customer field readiness material # Build and maintain relationships with internal partners # Contribute to the management of the program budget, define service cost drivers, track and reduce deltas between forecasts and actuals # Create and support a strong team # Required Experience: # 10 years of relevant experience in #project management, #customer engagement, #change management, and business transformation - business management planning operations #Bachelor's degree with focus on #economics, #computer science, #engineering # finance#or #organizational management, business management #(MBA Masters a plus)# Desired Experience: # Strong problem-solving skills to creatively solve challenging business technology problems # Experience partnering with product management and engineering teams with a proven ability to influence technical peers and senior leaders # Strong execution and experience managing multiple workstreams with precise attention to detail### # Experience leading and executing projects effectively within complex and ambiguous environments## # Ability to proactivel y identify gaps in the business, and propose drive thoughtful and inclusive solutions## # Strong collaboration experience and ability to find win win situations## # Ability to translate technical ideas into clear, high impact communications#
