Job DescriptionThe Card Business Intelligent Solutions team is seeking an experienced, talented SharePoint developer. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, is highly motivated, proactive in client engagement and able to multitask and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.The role requires practical decision-making ability to deliver on-strategy, accurate and detailed solutions that are focused on delivering an excellent user experience. This position offers a unique view across multiple lines of business and the opportunity to act in a consultative manner in proactively proposing solutions that enable process improvements to our clients.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement SharePoint solutions that focus on the user experience and process improvements with stakeholders across Card CAO.
  • Project management discipline across initiatives.
  • Proactively maintain feedback loop with end users to drive continual enhancements that optimize site effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in owning, developing and managing advanced internal SharePoint sites.
  • Proficiency in advanced SharePoint layout, design, maintenance, site implementations and controls.
  • Proven user experience capability and proficiency with the following:
    • HTML, Java, CSS
    • Project management, Reporting
    • SharePoint Designer
    • Page template design. Document sets, Content Types and Form Design (Infopath)
  • High proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel).
  • Proven interpersonal effectiveness and the ability to work collaboratively and develop positive relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data, with attention to detail.
  • Adept at handling multiple priorities while producing successful results.
