The Role RedMane has a full-time opportunity for a Testing Manager as we continue to grow our Chicago office. This role will be responsible for leading a team of testing professionals through the development of test strategy and approach. This person will direct a team of testing specialists to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of solutions to our clients. This is a client facing position that will require a proactive, cross-departmental approach, paired with strong communication skills when working with software developers, client support, and company leadership.

Skills & Role Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Testing Lead experience
  • Planning of test strategies as well as the execution and tracking of test plans
  • Prior experience coordinating formal testing activities (and reporting on them)
  • Effectively documenting testing phases, identifying, and recording defects, bugs, and errors
  • Coordinating with project leadership team regarding opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
  • Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment, as well as to contribute to the growth of individuals
  • Expertise with Agile testing elements
  • Selenium test script development and execution
