Oracle EBS OM/WMS Techno-Functional Consultant

Solution IT Inc. is looking for an

• Coordinate / Work among onsite and offshore members of Oracle EBS technical developers to design, build, unit test and support solutions that are on-time, first-time-right and within budget.
• Document system specifications (SSDs - high level) (MD50s), detailed design (DDDs) (MD70s), Unit Test Plan, Deployment Notes (MD120s), etc. using Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology).
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (including workflows) to enhance existing ERP applications or integrate it with other applications.
• Develop, implement and coordinate project plan, provide timely updates, monitor critical path items, and provide urgency and guidance to successful task completion leading to overall project completion.
• Ensure business and technical stakeholder needs are aligned by driving productive discussions that surface conflicts of interest and that lead to clear decisions and paths forward.
• Serve as the liaison between the internal team and customers, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely, high-quality completion of work. Participate in daily huddles to monitor progress, address roadblocks, and celebrate successes.
• Follow IT standards and prioritization process.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as Oracle techno-functional lead/architect in designing, and developing Integrations between Oracle EBS and other systems.
• Working experience of in Oracle Order Management, Shipping Execution & WMS modules
• Conversant with Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology)
• Working experience in evaluating business requirements and propose solutions using Oracle standard functionality
• Working experience in designing custom solutions in Shipping & WMS modules when Oracle standard functionality does not meet business requirements.
• Working knowledge of various Oracle APIs in Order Management, Receiving, Shipping and WMS modules. Experience in WMS setups, Picking / Put-away rules & strategies. Strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, HTML, JAVA, SOAP & REST API, web services etc.
• Experience in middleware integration tools such as Oracle SOA, SAP PI, webMethods or equivalent.
• Experience in JSON, XML, HTTP protocols and API testing tools such as postman, SOAPUI etc. Ability to assume ownership in an atmosphere of ambiguity, act on own initiative, and be proactive.
• Experience working across numerous teams or within a matrixed organization
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in SAP Process Integrator (PI)
• Experience in building web applications Front End using HTML & JS standards

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience 8+ years.
