Regional Operations Manager - Janitorial Services

Professional Cleaning Company - Indianapolis, Grand Rapids Chicago area

Currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager in the Janitorial industry to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Building customer relationships and strive to retain all clients

Manage and improve operational practices

Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines

Adhere to customer response goals for complaints, project work deadlines, and work orders

Conduct customer visits to ensure expectations are being met

Track and forecast operational trends and analysis

Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams

Conduct inspections to ensure company standards are being met

Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

Achieve revenue goals and maintain budgets

Manage the growth and retention of all accounts for assigned region

Manage labor hours and consumable supplies usage to minimize waste and maximize profitability

Development and succession planning for managers in assigned region

Conduct start up training and safety training as required

Qualifications:

Must have 5 years previous experience in Janitorial Industry or other related fields

Strong project management and communication skills

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Strong leadership qualities

Previous experience supervising and developing others

Preferably knowledge of all facets of the Janitorial business including, stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning and operating equipment

Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Must be on call 24 hours per day, seven days per week

Frequent travel required; must be willing to travel on a weekly basis or as needed
