Republic is also the only company in our industry that is a certified Great Place to Work.POSITION SUMMARY: The Company’s Industrial Rental & Transportation division provides solutions to managing waste streams by offering temporary storage solutions, with use of rental equipment such as frac tanks, vacuum boxes, stainless steel trailers and more. Additional services include hazardous/non-hazardous transportation services, in-plant asset management and other essential needs related to industrial services. The Sales Representative– Industrial Rental & Transportation develops and maintains customer and prospect relationships while achieving and exceeding revenue goals in an assigned market.PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fosters new client relationships and identifies new business opportunities.

Works closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure bids and proposals are delivered on time and in accordance with client expectations.

Participates in the development and review of content for bids and proposals.

Provides support to members of the Sales team to help promote open communication, team work, and success.

Remains current on relevant industry regulations and trends, including upcoming projects, innovative technologies and competitor strategies and initiatives.

Works closely with others to identify and develop new businesses opportunities and competitive strategies.

Maintain current database through the use of CRM tool while providing accurate sales reporting, as required.

Delivers exceptional customer service while expanding relationships within existing customer base.

Represents the Company at tradeshows, conferences, industry events and other networking opportunities.

Performs other job related duties as assigned or apparent. QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED. (Required.)

Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum of 5 years sales experience with a focus on sales, client relations and/or business development with proven expertise in petro-chemical in-plant waste management, environmental services, and industrial services, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. (Required.)

Experience working in a growth oriented, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. (Required.)

Experience working with and communicating strategies and opportunities to an executive, account management, and business unit operations teams.
