Position with an established aftermarket automotive online retailer located in Bellingham, WA. Must be able to start June 1, 2022.

In charge of accurately preparing items for shipment, verifying incoming shipments, maintaining inventory, and keeping a clean work environment.

Applicant must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willing to work 40 hours a week (Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm). Overtime may be needed occasionally. Must be a self-starter, quick learner, good with basic math, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work quickly and efficiently.

Candidates must have 3-4+ years experience in the following:

Able to manage self and work alone

Shipping and receiving via UPS, FedEx, USPS for both domestic and international shipments

Inspecting and unloading incoming shipments

Processing RMA or returns

Counting incoming goods and filling out receiving documents

Inspecting inventory and determining shortages and overages

Cleaning and maintaining shop environment

Basic testing of electrical components for functionality

Basic mechanical assembly of small parts using rivets, screws, etc.

Basic electrical assembly using soldering or crimps

Microsoft Word and Excel as well as an ability to learn our eCommerce software

Other qualifications we seek but are not required:

Magento eCommerce software

Amazon Seller Central

ShipWorks shipping software

Interested in the aftermarket automotive industry

Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures

LEAN or SIX SIGMA proficient
