Position Purpose: Act as a liaison between IT Reporting Database Scrum Team, Data Analysts, and Business Partners
  • QAT test reporting database updates in SQL
  • Intake, interpret, and vet Business reporting requirements
  • Translate business requirements to IT Scrum Team
  • Create features in JIRA Align that clearly state business case/value,
  • Partner with IT to create stories in JIRA
  • Communicate Team's work and value of work including road map to others in the organization including IT and Business Leadership
  • Coordinate and explain business value of dependencies to other Scrum Teams
  • Manage backlog of stories, working with Scrum Master, to ensure that we tentatively have the next two sprints planned
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums
  • Participate and at times lead various meetings with IT, Business Partners, and Project Managers
  • Create reference documentation in SharePoint

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access preferred.
