Hourly Assistant Manager - Quick Service (Bealeton)

The role of the Assistant Manager is to direct the daily operations of several departments while adhering to company policy. Specific duties include promoting customer service, quality control, inventory management, supervising teams of 15+ and some financial accountabilities as required. Should be mature, professional and a team player. The job requires frequent heavy lifting of 50 lbs, standing and repetitive movements. Prior management and/or restaurant experience is a must.
