job descriptionITIL Analystjob summary:Our client is seeking an ITIL Analyst to work onsite at their Bloomington, Illinois office. The position will start remotely and then be on-site 100% of the time. Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of professional experience with ITIL, Major Incident (MI) Management and Problem Management. Delivery of ITIL aligned operations supporting Major Incident (MI) Management and Problem Management.

Facilitation of the MI process and help ensure high priority incidents are resolved within service level targets.

Lead Problem Management investigations and track and communicate updates to senior leadership on major problems.

Analysis of the overall client's Incident and Problem Management practices.

Suggests and helps with continual service improvements.
