SummaryAbout the Position: Fort Gordon is in Augusta, Georgia, home of the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) and future headquarters of ARMY CYBER COMMAND (ARCYBER). It is approximately 142 miles east of Atlanta, 80 miles southwest of Columbia, South Carolina and 122 miles northwest of Savannah, Georgia. Specialized and Other Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) troubleshooting the stability of communications lines and equipment; (2) identifying the need to upgrade or enhance network component capabilities in response to network problems and/or deficiencies; and (3) installing WAN components such as routers, hubs, switches, and/or servers. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
