This position can be filled at Scrum Master or Scrum Master Sr or Scrum Master Advisor level. The hiring manager will determine the level, based on the candidate's experience and background. Scrum Master Responsible for the administrative, coaching and leadership roles that make Scrum development/delivery possible. Primary duties may include, but are not limited:- Plan's , coordinates, monitors, and supports the implementation of multiple small to medium systems and/or products.
- Acts as a buffer between the team and process overhead, so each team member can focus on the timely delivery of software.
- Shields the team from interruptions and removes obstacles that may impact the delivery of the product. Guides the teams operations by facilitating ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning) and instilling Agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team.
- Facilitates internal and external communications (e.g. task coordination, progress tracking/reporting, dependency management).
- Ensure team is well-informed on internal and external initiatives and activities.
- Keeps external stakeholders, collaborates, and other interested parties are well-informed on team progress and activities.
- To ensure smooth delivery of team, tracks and removes and obstacles and barriers that may prevent progress.
- Works with business partners to identify and implement multiple and complex technical systems and/or products of varying sizes.
- Manages medium to large systems and/or products.
- Acts as a buffer between the team and process overhead, so each team member can focus on the timely delivery of software.
- Shields the team from interruptions and removes obstacles that may impact the delivery of the product.
- Guides the teams operations by facilitating ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning) and instilling Agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team.

- Successful Scrum Master must be able to meet all deadlines and move team along
- Understands concepts of software application solutions approaches
- Requires software application development working setting and has led teams like before
- Previous experience as a team lead
- Familiar with Agile Scrum based Software development, Hybrid Agile based module development along with cross functional communication, software technical project management, requirements traceability, source code control, test case management and defect tracking
- Doing everything possible to ensure delighting customers
- Guiding the team and supporting organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
- Removing impediments ad guiding the team to remove impediments
- Experience in Agile Kanban approaches
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Providing all support to the team and leading by example
- Scrum master is responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Possesses conflict resolution and ability to forecast numbers of deliverables possible in iteration, through based evidence and reliable source.
- Needs to be expert in estimation and planning. He knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
- Should be a good coach in agile practices.
- Ability to coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
- Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
- Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interferences.
- Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.
- Ability to track and remove impediments.
- Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study with IT focus degree and a minimum of 3 years experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- 3 years Agile Experience
- 2 years experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- 2 years demonstrable experience of Scrum Management
- 2 years using MS Office Suite
- Experience with CSM, CSPO or small sized Agile implementations (e.g. 1-5 teams) strongly preferred.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Atlassian Confluence/ Jira Tools
- Fundamental technical business and application development skills
- Planning Experience
- Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
- Knowledge of technical tools used to develop business process models, including root cause analysis.
- Experience in Agile Kanban approaches
- Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices.
- Requires BS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study with IT focus degree and a minimum of 5 years experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- 5 years Agile Experience
