The Marketing team is seeking a dedicated marketer to work closely with our Media and Comms industry sales and marketing teams, and to partner internally and externally across several organizations, to drive highly-targeted, marketing programs and engagement to create and build relationships across influencers who individuals who influence decisions in process, policy, and technology.This person must have the following combination of experience and skill:Domain Acumen – Product Marketing Trade Craft (Productizing Services)Experience in developing “Industry Plays” i.e. develop and verticalized TTEC’s USP with industry specific offers and propositions by unifying Technology and Professional Services into a single package to help sales team win digital transformation, contact center and intelligent automation deals within our industry verticals.Has domain knowledge and industry expertise in regards to (a) industry trends to be capitalized (b)Commercial & Sales Support AcumenDevelop TTEC’s USP & differentiation to help sales team to effectively break-into new accounts & grow footprint within their embedded base.Own the go-to-market strategy for your portfolio – create go to market roadmap on how TTEC can grow their market share within a particular industry, decide major ‘industry plays’ that TTEC needs to focus on in order to establish TTEC’s dominance in that particular industry.Marketing AcumenSupport demand generation teams and BDRs to help drive MQLs (marketing qualified leads) to achieve bookings target.Analytical AcumenDefine TAM via Market Research, VOC Research, Partner Research & Data Driven Performance Management of OffersIn addition to the Above you'll be supporting:Planning & Strategy Industry OffersHorizon scanning, market analysis, market segmentation and competitive analysis that help set the direction of travel for your portfolio.

Drive product marketing (positioning, value-prop, messaging framework, content, and distribution architecture) in partnership with internal sales teams and leadership.

Develop, Launch and Activate Market Offers:Develop Industry Offers (from inception to GTM) that are designed to solve burning problems

Develop GTM strategy & roadmap for the verticals. Drive strategy into execution with strong marketing plan engages the audience, changes perceptions, and accelerates purchase.

We’re Excited About You If You Have the Following Experience:A minimum of 3-5 years work experience in a pre-sales or marketing role.A degree or postgraduate qualification in a subject such as business, marketing, social media, English, or journalism is preferred.

Communication skills and networking ability.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $59,000 - $93,000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.Benefits available to eligible employees include the following:Medical, dental, and vision
