Summary: Our organization provides logistics and inventory management services to Facebook’s Reality Labs that is set out to build the future of connection within virtual and augmented reality. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead inventory management and fulfillment operations.Required Skills: Program Manager, Logistics Engineering Responsibilities:Demonstrate ability to manage multiple complex projects - prioritization, planning, scheduling, reporting and influencing

Gather and prioritize stakeholders’ requirements to build, maintain and implement roadmaps

Analyze and implement customer-centric inventory planning processes and controls

Manage material fulfillment for NPI customers operating at different process maturity

Ability to make data guided decisions to enable logistics services and optimize material planning

Bias for action to continuously identify, measure and implement process improvements for customers

Influence change in multi-customer, and cross functional set-up to drive process and tooling consistency in-order to provide logistics services at scale

Work with systems analysts & software engineers to automate key processes, fix gaps, build reporting capabilities

Self-organize to communicate status, risks, issues, and mitigation in a consistent, timely and systematic fashion to leadership to enable informed decision making

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:MBA or MS degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Information Systems or equivalent work experience

Experience in supply chain/logistics functions: material planning, asset management, inventory management, or transportation

5+ years experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics Program Manager role

Experience in handling program management responsibilities (prioritization, planning, scheduling, status reporting)

Analytical skills, experience with spreadsheet modeling and familiarity with database capabilities

Familiarity with agile methodologies, technical understanding and experience developing relationships with software engineering/IT teams

Experience in gathering and analyzing data/information to address complex problems

Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
