Northgate Garage Doors, Inc seeks a Customer Service Specialist. The CSS handles all customer inquiries; via phone (high volume 30-50 calls per day-No Cold Calls), in person, in showroom and via email. This position also prepares bids, schedules jobs (via Quickbooks, HCP), sells doors, orders parts, maintains inventory, and collects payments.
In addition to interacting with homeowners, candidate must be able to communicate with contractors & architects; therefore knowledge of construction industry is strongly preferred.
Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to manage multiple demands and have excellent phone presence. As important, the candidate must adhere to stated workflow/procedures.
Must have clean background and be drug free.
This is a full time position (M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm), no weekends. Benefits: Retirement, medical/dental, paid vacation and holidays.
$25 - $28 hourly (DOE)
