Summary:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Assistant/Sales Associate to join our company. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing individual. strong writer, energetic and interested in communicating our brand to customers in California and throughout the US. The candidate should also have retail sales experience and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Social Media and Marketing

Copy-writing for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Assist with social media reporting and analytics

Develop and manage ad campaigns on social media.

Assist with additional content marketing projects like email campaigns, newsletters, etc.

Sales

Interact with customers, providing product information and completing sales

Process sales generated by website through emails

Assist store manager in a multitude of sales related tasks as required

Qualifications

Strong background and knowledge of social media platforms and social media management platforms

Familiarity with WordPress or other website publishing platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Retail sales experience

Knowledge and use of POS system

Customer service experience

Team worker with ability to work independently

Desired Skills

Email marketing experience and familiarity with Mailchimp or other marketing automation software

Photo editing skills on software like Adobe Photoshop
