Community Thrift - Clothing Production Associate

Community Thrift in Richland, WA is looking for a clothing production associate to join our 12 person strong team. Our ideal candidate thrives in a team oriented startup environment and wants to grow with the company.

Your primary responsibility will be to process incoming clothing donations, put them on hangers, and put items into the appropriate area in the store for sale. Applicant must be able to work at a fast pace, stand for several hours a day, and stay on task.

Versatility is a must as position may need to fill in and learn other positions such as Wares production, accepting donations, or cashiering.

Primary Responsibilities

Sort clothing into sellable and recyclable quality categories.

Rack sellable clothing and sort by size into appropriate area of store.

Assist with recovery of store, and keep work area clean.

Assist team members and customers/donors as needed.

Occasionally assist with cashiering.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of clothing brands and quality.

Ability to make decision quickly, and stay on task.

Can do attitude.

Fast and Efficient worker.

Team oriented.

Basic Arithmetic

Ability to drive a Box Truck or Forklift is a plus, but not required.
