Human Resource: Recruiter Coordinator
Job Summary
The Recruiter Coordinator will be the face of TP&L Management Companies. This position is hourly and works full-time (40 hours per week). This position is eligible for generous benefits. This individual will perform administrative assistant human resource responsibilities, in addition to coordinating the recruiting process of on-boarding new employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The preferred candidate will be based in Casper, Wyoming. You will be working with other team members and department managers to search for candidates, schedule pre-employment tests, and assist the candidates with the new-hire process.
Responsibilities include placing advertisements for job vacancies, reviewing applications & resumes, interviewing candidates, coordinating & scheduling interviews for managers, preparing offers of employment, onboarding newly hired employees, in addition to other human resource responsibilities.
Requirements

- Exceptional communication skills
The following is preferred:
- Business degree, or related
- 1 year of office / human resource experience
- Microsoft Office experience
