Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Get to Do:As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Intelligence Analyst - Home Station Training (HST), you will provide embedded and reach back support to training units at selected military bases and installation. You will embed within training units and partners to provide analytical expertise, knowledge, experience and recommendations to address existing, emergent, re-emerging, and evolving threats at all levels. You will develop intelligence products to meet unit and subordinate element intelligence requests for information. You will plan, develop, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities and tools training to supported intelligence consumers and partners.More About the Role: You will provide advice on operational plans and mitigation strategies that will directly impact training and operations executed by warfighting units and partners. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of emerging threats and improve training activities under the purview of Threat Working Groups (TWGs) and SMEs within the Emerging Threat Training and Readiness Integration Center (ETTRIC). While deployed, embedded with warfighters, you will, in coordination with the embedded Training Team members, assist commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information. You will monitor and analyze tactical and operational information to advise the unit on new and emerging threats and tactics, techniques, and procedures. You will collaborate and work with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within a GCC.

More than five years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.

Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

More than one year of experience managing a dispersed team of Intel professionals – to include deployment scheduling, analytical quality control, and training/mentoring of subordinates.

Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.

Bachelor's degree and five years of experience, or Associates degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

More than five years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network or CT operations - including counter-facilitation.

More than five years of experience providing asymmetric threat analysis.

More than 5 years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.

Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.

Expert understanding of Intel-related databases and tools.
