I'm looking for 1 or 2 people that I will train to do what I do which is: hire, schedule, and pay people to do a job for us. Our schedule is the opposite of everyone else's we work the weekends and every holiday. Sounds like fun right. But after the first week you have the rest of your week mostly free and you can make anywhere from 250-1000+ a weekend depending on your abilities. 1099 and nearly all of your work will be done from home.

This is a different kind of gig than what you're used to seeing. Flat rate, make as much as you can handle.

Things I'm looking for is the ability to multi task, trouble shoot on the fly, be proficient in excel/google docs, treat it like it's your business, and most of all trustworthy.
