Please note that this is a 6 months contract position. Hours: 8am to 4:30pmThe manager needs someone who can come up to speed very quickly and has SAP ECC and/or CRM experience.This position is to review data from a company which the client just acquired. This role will match data from the acquired company's customer database to existing accounts in client's customer database. You will be using a tool that helps with the comparison, but you will ultimately make the decision.High attention to detail is critical in this role as your decision will affect customers, order processing and invoice processing.This position may also be responsible for investigating new accounts to be created in customer database. The data must be complete and comply with all regional and WW data standards.DISCIPLINEReviewing Customer Master Data is critical to the quality of customer care. All departments depend on the customer information therefore, it must be of high quality and accuracy.Works on customer service administrative assignments with clearly defined objectivesPerforms routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed proceduresSolves administrative customer service problems of limited scope and complexityPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESMust have good knowledge of ExcelHigh School Diploma or GED requiredInvestigate and troubleshoot customer master data issuesProvide high quality work in a timely fashion to meet established timeframesBe familiar with data reviews and comparisonsHigh quality decision-making abilitiesAbility to effectively manage your timeAbility to work from home during COVID site restrictions are in place at the site.Ability to speak, read and write fluently in Englishpreferred ability to also speak Spanish is a PLUSApplicants must provide their phone number.
