Project Co-Ordinator, COE Delivery

Job Description

In order to support growth in our Delivery organisation, Leidos Australia is seeking a Project Co-Ordinatorfor a permanent opportunity.

• Contribute in the development of communication strategies to improve process communication and internal communication
• Create presentations, communication packs and knowledge base articles
• Capture and promote the successes and achievements of our Delivery teams
• Develop and support internal project communications like Project updates and announcements
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate content across a number of different digital platforms
• Continue to develop the team's Intranet and SharePoint sites and improve usability
• Train and support staff responsible for online information updates
• Develop and deliver knowledge base articles for end users

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in communications
• Prior experience working within a large project, where you have helped develop the a communications plan
• Ability to create a variety of communications that prepare the business for change
• Demonstrate experience in stakeholder engagement / communications strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the MS Suite
• An understanding of SharePoint would be beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to consistently produce excellent results in a complex environment
• Understanding of ITIL
• Current NV1 or NV2 Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) clearance.
