Help Desk Technician (ON-SITE)

- Provide quick and efficient IT support through ServiceNow ticketing system, chat, phone,email, and in-person
- React to requests in an appropriate and timely manner
- Perform level 1 triage, analysis and troubleshooting against all tickets submitted by endusers
- Provide level 2 in-depth technical experience and knowledge to assess issues andprovide solutions for problems
- Installation, setup and maintenance of printers and phones
- Installation, configuration, upgrading and testing of Desktops, Laptops, Notebooks andmobile phones
- Installation, configuration, and deployment of software applications on the network andindividual systems.
- Support for software post-installation level 1 issues
- Documentation, recording and logging of work in the ServiceNow ticketing system formanagement and appropriate ticket allocation
- Setup and maintain applications and access on employee workspaces
- Support and maintain Active Directory, perform user and computer object manipulationand creation
- Assign file and folder permissions as needed

- Ability to work in the office in Danbury, CT
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, similar degree or relevant work experience
- 3+ years' experience in level 1// 2 helpdesk support
- Knowledge of computer systems and network applications with various operating systemsand solutions.
- Experience with Windows and familiarity with Linux
- Experience supporting Microsoft O365 environments and managing Active Directory andExchange
- Printers and other peripherals experience required
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and request fulfillment
- Technical Certifications a huge plus (Network+, Sec+, MCSA)
