Feature Lead - Technology

Job Description:Position Summary:

• Develops solutions and processes for delivering features based on their knowledge of design and architectural patterns and Agile practices.
• Ensures the system design and requirements are aligned to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Provides expertise through experience with multiple and complex software implementations and has developed knowledge for a number of technical competencies.
• This role will support the Fee Refund Application (FRA). FRA is the application that supports a variety of business user interfaces that support fee
• decisioning for deposits, credit cards, and eventually lending and merchant products.

• Ability to provide technical direction and oversight to lead a project as technology solutions are delivered.
• Knowledge of design and architectural patterns as well as Agile and DevOps principles and use them to develop both solutions and processes for delivering the features.
• Capable of supporting line of business product owners from a technical lens by ensuring systems design and business requirements are aligned and developed as such
• Provide excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with scrum masters, architects, product owners and developers to ensure requirements are well
• defined and capable of being easily translated to stories.

• Banking industry experience in Consumer Deposits or familiarity with similar business and a strong acumen.
• Working knowledge of products, services, business flows and understanding of financial context in which technology and operating principles are used.
• Familiarity with a variety of technology stacks including Java, IBM Web Sphere, Oracle and mainframe DB2 databases.
