Property Maintenance/Renovation Technician (Dover)

Small property management company looking for an individual to perform property maintenance and renovation services such as carpentry, drywall, painting, mowing, cleaning, snow shoveling, ice management, household plumbing and electrical work. The properties are primarily located in Dover and Somersworth, NH. Full time position. The ideal candidate will:

Have a professional appearance

Be personable and be able to effectively communicate with tenants and co-workers

Own reliable transportation, truck preferred

Own basic tools

Be safety conscious

Be a self starter

Be able to cover occasional after hours emergencies

Be able to complete apartment turnovers

Be able to lift 80 pounds

Normal working hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5:00pm, with occasional "after hour" calls and the need to work outside of normal hours for snow removal and ice management.
