Job Summary:
We are looking for an independent, responsible individual to run our small aggregates office on the Allenstown/Hooksett line. In this position, you will perform a variety of clerical tasks while marketing the company to the public to gain customers. The ideal candidate will have construction industry experience and will assist in daily scale house needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure all trucks are properly and accurately weighed when leaving the sites
· Obtain customer name or job location for each load to be ticketed
· Accurate data entry
· Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service to customers
· Additional social media and marketing responsibilities as necessary
Required Skills:
· Knowledge of basic office systems and procedures
· Proficiency in Word, Excel and QuickBooks
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Preferred Skills:
· Prior experience in the Construction industry
