Work with peers, partners, and team members to plan and direct activities for a team focused on Centene’s core membership platform

Help evolve our team and platform to support a dynamic growth minded organization

Help drive deliverables in an evolving fast paced environment

Additionally you will bring:Transformational leadership mindset

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of related IT experience

Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff
