Home Station Training (HST) Virtual Battlespace 3 (VBS3) System Administrator

Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Get to Do: As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Home Station Training (HST) Virtual Battlespace 3 (VBS3) System Administrator you are responsible for providing VBS3 simulations for HST to provide operational forces software support with scenario development, modification, and execution, as well as a review process. You will use all the VBS3 software tools available to generate scenarios around emergent threat training, employing a variety of practical assets and iterative processes. You will observe Soldier performance during the training and conduct After Action Reviews using the VBS3 AAR software feature. You will deliver emergent threat training to all Army units, including Combat Arms, Combat Support, Combat Service Support, and Special Operations Forces. You will provide direct customer feedback to the Training Development and Delivery (TDD) Functional Lead and Training Integration Expert. Your reports will enhance TDD training development specialists in their understanding of mission requirements and to ensure new training curriculum is realistic and relevant to any related geographic regional threats. More About the Role: You will have direct access to the ETTRIC (Emerging Threat Training Readiness Integration Center) for a complete understanding of emerging threats, the Army’s Readiness goals, and related logistical requirements to enhance Army effectiveness against threat networks. You will monitor and analyze strategic and operational information to advise the client and the warfighter on new and emerging threats and tactics, techniques, and procedures. Through our TDD you will provide the most relevant feedback and training profiles to the Army units from Company to Brigade level and ensure Soldiers are prepared to counter IED and UAS threats and beyond, to include National Defense Strategy (NDS) 2+3 emerging threats from near-peer competitors.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

More than three years of experience in the virtual training environment.

Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Willing to conduct periodic travel within CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.

Bachelor's degree and five years of experience, or Associate degree and seven years of experience, or 10 years of relevant work experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Professional Military Education (PME) on emerging threats from NDS 2+3 near-peer environment.

More than 10 years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and Inter-Agency experience and be well-versed in all areas of military campaigns operating in the “Grey Zone” or below the level of armed conflict.

Experience providing operational briefings at the O5-O6 level.
